You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once it’s shipped.

We offer worldwide shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, North Shy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package goes missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or not as intended, reach out within 7 days of delivery at northshystore@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make sure you get a replacement.
