North Shy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
If your item arrives damaged or not as intended, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement product at no additional cost.
